Random Meal Generator

Decide what to eat from 30 familiar meal ideas.

30 selected meal ideas. One result per draw.

What you can do

When you are stuck choosing a meal, pick breakfast, lunch, or dinner and draw one suggestion. Use it to plan a shopping list or find a recipe you like.

How to use it

  1. Choose Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, or All categories from Category.
  2. Select Pick a Meal. Your meal suggestion appears below the controls.
  3. Select Copy Results to save the result, or Pick a Meal to draw again. Later draws can repeat.

What is included

These are meal ideas rather than recipes or nutrition plans. Ingredients vary, so check your own dietary needs and what you have available.

Each eligible entry has an equal chance within the selected category. Repeated draws can return the same result. Generation runs in your browser after the page loads.
